MAN ARRESTED FOR OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Collingwood OPP say they arrested an Owen Sound man on outstanding warrants after an investigation in a downtown Collingwood parking lot on Tuesday afternoon.    

   

A man faces charges of obstruction; police say they were given a false name when they talked to the suspect.   

    Shallen Blakey was turned over to Grey OPP because of an outstanding warrant, he is also wanted by Barrie police.
