Now, Where Did This Weather Come From?

Thursday, January 28, 2010

WOW! What an abrupt change in the weather! When I left home on the Nottawa Side Road this morning, no snow, no wind. By the time I biked to the Poplar Side Road, YIKES! Heavy duty flurries and wind that was practically blinding me. This sucks after having that nice January thaw break. I feel cabin fever coming on quickly already! Maybe a cold too! OK...enough on that.

I received a neat e-mail all the way from across the pond this morning. Check this out...

Hi John:

Message from Calla Patterson: Hi!

I was wondering if you could let the people of Collingwood know that I, Calla Patterson have a cat to give away. She needs a good. Home, she is very nice, loves to cuddle, she is kind of on the chubby side but still cute. She's a Grey Russin Blue. She goes by the name of Emma. She's a great family cat just we are moving and already have two others. We really need to find her a home. She isn't a kitten but she isn't that old either. Please please please! Can you put it out there. My number is 444-6590 from Collingwood. She is completely free but has the heart of a million bucks. Thank you so much!
