Apparently, crows are not that fussy. I had to chuckle on the weekend when my wife threw some stale Ginger Snap cookies out onto the lawn for the birds. I kidded her saying that birds wouldn't eat that sort of thing! Not even the rabbit's! But I guess I'll have to eat CROW!!!! One big guy was kept very busy for a time as it carried away one after another of those cookies, I'm assuming to a nest. I wonder if they know the difference between main course and dessert. I'm not even that fussy about them. Oh well, waste not, want not I guess.
I love giving away stuff on my Morning Flight and today was fun as I awarded the big Backyard BBQ Giveaway prize to Karen Skippen of Collingwood. She told me when I called this morning, that her current BBQ wasn't all that great. How's that for kicking off your summer in style.

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!
