We're slooowly approaching my favourite time of the year...that being fall!  I just love the brisk days where the leaves are falling, and it's 10-13 degrees out.  The air just seems so much fresher, and as such, I love being outside at that time of year.

I've been trying to be a "runner" for about 1.5 years now...I've been trying hard, but I keep falling out of it...I finally get myself to a point where I can do 2.2-2.5km comfortably without stopping, and I just fall out of it...

Recently a few friends of mine started a "Facebook running club"...where we post our personal bests, our routes, our diet plans, and as MUCH as we can on there...just to make allll the details public, so that when someone starts slacking, it's not just you who knows it...which is a great idea!

It's been a week and I already feel better about it, and it's got me excited to run...see if I can top some personal best in about a months time or so..and work up to a 5km run hopefully in the fall!

If you're trying to get back into exercising, maybe starting an internet-running club could be the answer...do you use any special incentives to get you exercising?

And if you're an excuse maker like I am a lot, this might help...haha
