• The PEAK 95.1 FM contests are open to all residents of Ontario except any employee, employee relative or employee of any member agency of The PEAK 95.1 FM or Corus Entertainment.
• Once you have won a daily prize on The PEAK 95.1 FM you are not eligible to win again for 30 day’s of play. If you have won a Grand Prize you are not eligible to win for 90 day’s of play.
• Contestants must be 19 years of age or older unless otherwise stipulated. However employees of the Corus Entertainment Inc.; contest sponsors; their subsidiaries, agencies, members of the same household of employees, and all their immediate family members are not eligible.



• All contest winners must agree to the use of their name, and/or likeness, and/or city of residence, and/or recorded entry for publicity purposes in any medium, by The Peak 95.1 FM.



• The prize package must be accepted as awarded. No portion of the prize is transferable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the prize is offered.
• Contest winners may be required to produce identification before claiming contest prizes.
• Decisions by The Peak 95.1 FM, its promotional staff and participating announcers, in establishing winners, will be final.



• In accepting a contest prize, the contest winner absolves The PEAK 95.1 FM, Corus Entertainment Inc. and contest sponsors of any liability arising from the acceptance of the prize.



• In accepting a prize for out of country travel, the drawn winner must be legally allowed to travel out of the country. If the drawn contestant cannot travel out of the travel, another contestant will be drawn until a contestant legally allowed to travel according to all rules and regulations, is awarded the prize.
• Any ground transportation, all meals and/all extraordinary expenses, including but not limited to beverages, not expressly listed as part of the contest prize shall be the sole financial responsibility of the prize winner, and the prize winner shall not seek reimbursement for same from The PEAK 95.1 FM, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of the service.
• The PEAK 95.1 FM, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of service shall in no way be held responsible or liable for any act of omission performed by the prize winner which contravenes any law of Canada.
• The prize winner will be solely financially responsible for any damage that may be caused to any premises, property and/or vehicle, by virtue of an act, error, omission or neglect on their part, and they will not seek reimbursement from The PEAK 95.1 FM, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers.



• All dates and details of the contest prize are subject to rescheduling and/or cancellation at any time. The PEAK 95.1 FM, the Promoter, their agents and suppliers are not responsible for any damage, loss, inconvenience or injury incurred due to rescheduling, for any reason whatsoever.



• The PEAK 95.1 FM is not responsible for prizes or merchandise delivered by mail or courier. The Peak will not be obligated to replace any items lost or damaged through delivery.



• In the event, The PEAK 95.1 FM and Corus Entertainment are not made aware of such legalities of a drawn winner and winner accepts the prize, the aforementioned agencies cannot be held responsible.



• Prizes not picked-up within 60 days of being awarded are automatically placed back into prize circulation.
• The PEAK 95.1 FM, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of service, expressly disclaim and shall be held free of all responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or the neglect or default of any company or person providing any service for the event, whether through providers negligence or otherwise, or due to epidemic, social or political or military disturbances, or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the event.
• The PEAK 95.1 FM, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of service reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the event at any time before its commencement and shall have no liability whatsoever.
• PEAK FM, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers retains the right, with no liability to the prize winner, to substitute, when expedient or necessary, aircraft, airlines, hotel, destination and any component of the prize.
• PEAK FM, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers may cancel any event directly related to the prize or the prize winner’s participation in it and to make such substitutions, alterations or cancellations at any time without any advance notice to, or approval of, or liability or responsibility to the prize winner.
• Participation indicates an understanding and acceptance of the official rules.



• Failure to comply with the stated rules of the PEAK FM contests will result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of the prize.
