Singer songwriter and musician Jeff Lynne got his first big break as a founding member of the band Electric Light Orchestra in the mid 70s he would later go on to be a highly successful music producer.
Today we focus on one of his early forays into production when Jeff Lynne wrote the an entire album in three and a half weeks after a sudden burst of creativity while hidden away in his rented chalet in the Swiss Alps. It became the basis of ELOs seventh studio album released in October 1977. It was a double album that became among the most commercially successful records in the group’s history, selling about 10 million copies worldwide
From that album here’s Sweet Talkin’ Woman.
