Rebel Wilson has a reason to sing! Back in June, the comedian won her defamation suit against Bauer Media. “The jury’s verdict established Bauer Media’s publications had branded Ms Wilson a serial liar who had fabricated almost every aspect of her life,” noted Justice John Dixon, adding: “The jury rejected the defences of substantive truth, triviality and statutory qualified privilege.” Now, the judge has set the damages awarded to her at a whopping $4.56 million, with interest and additional costs to be determined at a later date. Last month, photos emerged of “Titanic” co-stars Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio, wearing bathing suits while relaxing poolside in St. Tropez in the south of France. According to reports at the time, the pair were supposedly enjoying a vacation together. But Winslet explains that she and DiCaprio were not on vacation at all; they were in St. Tropez to participate in the annual fundraiser for his Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, where they were part of a charity auction.
