Natasha was kind enough to bring along a healthy packed lunch for Meghan and I. Along with a clever idea for “overnight porridge” and a very tempting apple slices in yogurt, Natasha packed a unique lunch salad that feature all kinds of goodness that I would normally not even consider having. Let’s be honest edamame and quinoa are not on my go to list. I have since changed my mind it was delicious!
