Patty Jenkins has officially signed on to direct the “Wonder Woman” follow-up movie and she will make history too! The first film was a huge box-office and critical success, earning more than $400 million at the domestic box-office. Now Warner Bros. has finally reached a deal with Jenkins to direct “Wonder Woman 2”, and the new agreement is big for Jenkins, who is about to become the highest-paid female director ever. While the exact amount hasn’t been disclosed, sources say that based on her peers like Zack Snyder (director of “Suicide Squad” and “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”), Jenkins could earn a reported $7 to $9 million for directing and writing fees. The singer surprised fans at Nickelback‘s concert at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on Friday. Lavigne performed the band’s hit Rockstar alongside Kroeger and the whole group. Liam Neeson has said his days as an action hero are over. In an interview with Associated Press during TIFF, Neeson said he believes his big-screen action hero days are behind him — because he’s too old. “The thrillers, that was all a pure accident,” said Neeson of becoming Hollywood’s most reluctant action hero thanks to “Taken” and its sequels raking in close to a billion dollars at the box office. “They’re still throwing serious money at me to do that stuff.
