The community is coming together to help a 25-year-old man from Collingwood who was paralyzed in a trampoline accident.
On August 18th, Josh Noronha was doing a routine at the trampoline centre where he worked when he was seriously injured. He is now paralyzed from the chest down.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to try and raise about $250,000 to cover medical costs and living expenses. The page says that in the short term, the money will help cover accommodations, meals and travel for Noronha’s family at the hospital. In the long term, it will cover items like splints, mobility aids, motor vehicle accommodations, renovations for their home, physiotherapy, and long term living expenses.
