According to the Huffington Post, there’s a house currently for sale that’s half located in the United States and half in Canada!
The house is divided into five currently vacant apartments, and is on a lot of less than a quarter-acre that straddles the border between Beebe Plain, Vermont and Stanstead, Quebec.
The house is a bit of a fixer-upper, but that’s not the thing that’s making selling it difficult for the homeowners. Selling a home in two countries can be a challenge, because the buyer would need to have both a U.S. and Canadian citizenship. The current owners do!
