Wacky Boat Regattas, sand castle exhibits and the annual Kite fest.
The second annual Waterfront Festival in Wasaga Beach is looking for volunteers.
Additionally, the 2017 festival will feature live music by Sun K, Rock Solid Wrestling’s Beach Brawl, a family sand castle sculpting competition.
The Ministry of Natural Resource’s Plover Palooza, as well as Beach Front Yoga by Wasaga Beach Yoga and Zumba classes.
The Georgian Triangle Music Festival will be promoting local music on the Saturday with its inaugural Battle of the Sands.
This collaboration of family-friendly events will support returning activities such as stand-up paddle board demonstrations and instruction provided by Free Spirit Tours and BluWave SUP.
There will also be remote control car and boat demonstrations provided by Hand Racing.
The club will also host its first Zumbathon, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Beach One on Sunday. Registration for this event is $10.
Festival events will be held the weekend of June 17th.
