Police in Midland had their hands full on April 23rd, with two separate domestic violence cases.
In the first incident, police responded to a call from a woman who claimed to have been pushed by her boyfriend after a verbal argument. A 47-year-old man was charged with assault.
In the second case, a woman called and said she had been struck by her common-law husband. A 48-year-old man was charged with assault in that case.
The suspects in both cases were transported to Barrie for bail hearings. Their names were not released, in accordance with Midland Police Service policy in domestic incidents.
