A man from Barrie is facing impaired driving charges after a crash in Huntsville that sent five people to hospital. Police say a pick-up truck carrying five people drove off the road on Highway 11 and struck a rock which caused the truck to roll.
It happened on Monday morning, and all five occupants were transported to hospital. Three have since been released while two people remain in hospital with serious injuries. The driver, a 52-year-old man from Barrie, has been charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm, among other charges.
