Collingwood has moved onto the next round of the Kraft Hockeyville Contest! 10 communities from the country have moved on, with Collingwood facing off in the top 5 for the East division. Winning the title of Kraft Hockeyville would mean Collingwood would play host to an NHL pre-season game and would receive $100,000 in arena upgrades.
Mayor Sandra Cooper told Simcoe.com, “Collingwood undoubtedly has a strong passion for hockey […] Now it’s game time and we need your help to win the title of Kraft Hockeyville to give the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena some much needed accessibility upgrades and improvements to the dressing rooms.”
Help Collingwood become the next Kraft Hockeyville by logging onto the Kraft Hockeyville 2017 website at www.khv2017.ca and voting for the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena. The voting period begins on March 12th.
