Rumours began to swirl after an interview with Oprah on Bloomberg TV, in which Winfrey reveals that, before Trump’s election, she thought she didn’t have the appropriate government experience to run the country. Now, the outspoken Hillary Clinton supporter seemed to be rethinking her decision. But now Winfrey admits there’s no campaigning in her future: “No, that won’t be happening,” she says when questioned about a presidential run. “But I did used to think you had to know so much more than I thought you had to know.”
The five leading stars of CBS’s “The Big Bang Theory” are apparently taking pay cuts so that two of their longtime castmates can get raises. Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg ― who have all been on the show since Season 1’s premiere in 2007 ― reportedly agreed to take $100,000 pay cuts from their $1 million per episode salaries for upcoming Seasons 11 and 12 to increase the salaries of Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch (who joined the show in Season 3). Bialik and Rauch currently make around $200,000 per episode, according to Variety, and could each bump up to around $450,000 per episode with the help from their co-stars. However, Deadline reported they may be seeking parity with their co-stars.
