The Barrie Police are asking for the public’s help in solving three recent theft cases.
The first took place on Sunday at Zehrs, where a woman was captured on video surveillance passing by cashiers and not paying for the groceries, electronics, and cosmetic products she had chosen. She was stopped outside, but fled on foot. The female is described as white with long brown hair, a medium build, 5’5″, and with brown frame glasses.
The second case occurred at Cabela’s over the weekend, when suspects used a white Dodge Ram pickup truck to smash through the back receiving door and then stole eight rifles from a display shelf. The eight rifles were all from the brand Mossberg, in various models.
The third theft took place at Centretown Sports yesterday, when the suspect smashed a window and entered through a side door. They stole about 20 Rawlings baseball gloves.
The Barrie Police are asking anyone with information on any of these cases to get in touch.
