In talking to parents at school drop off this morning and scrolling through my Facebook feed, it seems I’m not alone in this feeling. Just kind of down…trying to enjoy winter but not really feeling it any more.
Every morning I get up at walk the dog…it’s dark. I come home from work, go out for another walk after dinner and it’s dark. I fight through snowbanks to get the kids in the car. And don’t even get me started on lost mittens and gloves. We do extra curriculars or errands after school/work/dinner and it’s dark. And cold.
Please don’t get me wrong…my family is awesome. My dog is awesome. Skiing is awesome. Playing in the snow is awesome. I’m just feeling a little…over it. So what do you do when you feel this way?
