The Government of the Province of Ontario is offering a total reward of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of Jaimee Lee MILLER.
Jaimee Lee Miller, 30 years of age from the Barrie, Ontario area was reported missing on November 2, 2015. The Barrie Police Service (BPS) conducted a very detailed missing person investigation and determined that Ms. Miller was last seen by family and friends in mid-October 2015 and that she did not have contact with anyone since that time.
On March 16, 2016, Jaimee Lee Miller’s body was discovered in a wooded area off Gill Road in Springwater Township north of the City of Barrie. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Office of the Chief Coroner have determined her death a homicide and a joint forces investigation continues under the direction of Detective Inspector Jim Gorry of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) and Barrie Police Service.
