As a mom of 3 I totally get how this can happen.
A 7 year old boy saved up all his Christmas money to buy a special set of Lego Ninjago. Despite his father telling him to leave the figure behind, the child brought it to the store…and lost it.
The father said he’s not going to pay for a new one, and suggested the child email Lego customer service. So he did. Their response was go good!!
