So you have been wearing the wrong bra all this time.
In Toronto at the Four Seasons Hotel, there is a “fit specialist” named Freddy Zappe.
He does exactly what you think he does…helps women find the perfectly fitting bra. As a man, I don’t really understand the concept of wearing ill-fitting underwear. I have bought underwear that was a size too small and that pair lasted about 30 seconds.
So, just how should a bra fit?
The most important things to look for in great fitting bra are:
- The center of the bra should lie flat against the chest wall.
- The underwire should sit behind the breast tissue (not on top of it) to ensure the breasts are fully supported.
- The band should fit snugly around the torso (like a snug hug). The band should be snug enough to stay parallel to the floor, and at the same level around the body.
