So far so good!
Only hours in but I feel fantastic. I’m used to a protein shake and some kind of granola bar, rice cake or fruit as a snack by 8am.
This morning just a 16 oz bottle of Press Juice Co. Green and Lean! It’s spinach, celery, kale, clover, sprouts, lemon, and himalayan sea salt.
Was it yummy? Nope not in the least but it wasn’t horrible and went down pretty easy.
The great news is I’ve felt great all morning and not really hungry at all.
